Setup after a purchase or relocation

Whether you are bringing home a used table or setting one up after a move, tell us what stage it is at. Is the table assembled, partly dismantled, or in separate components? Photos of the table, rails, legs and available hardware help us discuss what the installation will involve.

Assembly, slate alignment and leveling can be planned with moving, cloth replacement or repairs. Let us know about missing components or visible damage in advance so the scope is clear before a date is agreed.

Leveling an existing table

If you have concerns about the way your table rolls, describe what you notice and whether the table has recently moved. Leveling concerns and cushion-rebound concerns may call for different work; we can discuss which service fits the issue rather than assuming every problem needs a full recovery.

For an existing table, send its size and brand if known, photographs, your location and access details. Do not assume a table must be moved to arrange an enquiry about leveling.

Prepare the room and access information

• Measure the usable room, allowing space to use a cue on every side.
• Note doors, stairs, tight turns and any fixed obstacles.
• Tell us the desired table position and whether renovation work is still underway.
• Include collection details if delivery or transport is also needed.

Agree the work before booking

We discuss the table, room, access, materials and timing with you before confirming the job. A quote request does not reserve an appointment. For a commercial room, include the number of tables and operational timing so setup and related work can be considered together.
